This is in addition to your statutory rights as detailed below
Our Business is carried out under British Law.
Your online purchases are covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Our Contract with You becomes binding when we confirm that we accept your offer to buy. There may be times where we cannot accept your offer and you would be informed and refunded immediately. These might include, but are not limited to, situations which involve a pricing error on our website; a request for many multiple items, or problem with processing payment.
Payment is required in advance of your order being sent.
We will do our best to get your order items to you within 14 days. If we cannot meet your order within 30 days you will have an opportunity to cancel.
Cancelling Orders for Goods
You have a right to cancel an order for goods up to 14 days from the day you receive them. You must send Mini McGregor notice of cancellation by letter or email within this time period.
If you have already received your goods or receive them subsequently; you have a further 14 days to return them to Mini McGregor at your expense, taking reasonable care to ensure that we receive them and that they are not damaged.
You have a right to receive a refund of the cost of the goods plus the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, but not enhanced delivery service. In addition a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them more than was necessary.
You should receive your refund within 14 days of either Mini McGregor getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
You have no statutory entitlement to change your mind about personalised goods. However in many circumstances Mini McGregor would treat this as a service contract and you would be able to cancel within 14 days if work had not commenced, with a partial refund for partially completed work. Once your item has been personalised you have no right of cancellation.
You have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel as long as you have not actually started receiving the service.
If you ask for the service to start straightaway you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel. You cannot cancel a service if it has already been completed.
Lost or damaged goods
If your goods have not arrived within 10 days of receiving our email telling you they are on their way you should contact us as they may have gone missing in transit. We will give you the choice of having the items resent or receiving a full refund. We would ask for your assistance in taking the matter up with the delivery company.
Where goods are received but have been damaged in transit you would also receive a full refund or replacement. You would need to contact us within 7 days of receipt and again we would ask your assistance in taking the matter up with the delivery company.
Faulty goods or goods which do not meet our description
If the goods which you receive are faulty or do not meet our description then you have a right to have them refunded or replaced with no further cost to yourself.
You will need to contact us by letter or email with your contact details to inform us of the problem. In the case of faulty items you must inform us within six months of receiving them.
We would normally ask you to return the goods to us for investigation by standard or agreed delivery, obtaining proof of postage which we would then reimburse
If we send a replacement for faulty goods you are still entitled to cancellation rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations for 14 working days from the day after the day you receive the replacement.
