Traditional School Desk showing the wear & tear and general grubbiness of generations of kids, banging the lids, scuffing the rails and hanging their bags off the backs.
The desktop features a pencil groove and inkwell with some surrounding ink stains. There will be an open school jotter with accessories but each desk is slightly different. Please see photos and individual descriptions for details of current desks.
Desk A has a yellow apple and a red arithmetic jotter open to show today's work with some corrections by the teacher. There is also a pen, pencil, ruler, rubber and pencil sharpener. This desk is mildly distressed and shows no grafitti or other major ink stains.
Inside there are two other school jotters and a few crayons as well as a paper boat and lollipop.
Desk B has a green apple and a green writing jotter open to show an essay with teacher marking and spelling corrections. The top of this desk shows a few minor ink stains in some of the scrapes and inside there is some grafitti on the underside of the desk lid featuring noughts and crosses and one set of initials. The desk contains a two further school jotters and a skipping rope, packet of sweets and a folded fortune teller.
