Placing an order


When you place an order our legal basis for processing your information is to fulfil a contract with you.

Payment details are never seen by Mini McGregor, they are collected by Paypal or through WIX. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Order details are collated at the end of each Financial year and checked by our accountant. They are then archived and stored for a period of 7 years as required by HMRC. Our Legal basis for this storage is our Legitimate interest in running our business in accordance with UK laws.
