Postage and Packing UK

Orders consisting entirely of small Miniatures which will fit within the dimensions of a Large Letter, including packaging, will incur a postage charge of £2.00 and will be sent Royal Mail First Class.

 

Orders which contain one or more larger items will will incur a postage charge of £4.00 and will be sent Royal Mail First Class. This will be clearly indicated in your basket. 

 

Orders above £100.00 will be sent postage free by Royal Mail recorded Delivery

Postage and Packing Overseas

PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON ITEMS EVEN WITHIN THE EU BEFORE THEY CAN BE DELIVERED TO YOU. THIS IS SET AND COLLECTED BY YOUR OWN COUNTRY OR STATE AND IS COMPLETELY OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

Delivery Times

We will do our best to get your order items to you within 14 days but this may not always be possible at busy times or with multiple items.

 

For particular orders or where you would like your order delivered at a specific Dolls House Fair we may agree a longer time scale.

 

Otherwise if we are unable to provide your order within 30 days you will be informed and given the choice of a revised date or the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund of your payment including delivery costs.

 
Your cancellation rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to change your mind about your order or decide after receiving it that you do not want it; in which case you are entitled to cancel your order -  except in the case of personalised goods - see under.

 

You may cancel your order up to fourteen working days after the day on which you receive your goods.

 

If you decide to cancel your order:

  • You must send us notice of cancellation by letter or email within this time period.

  • You will be entitled to a full refund of any money you have paid including postage within 14 days of us receiving your notice of cancellation.

  • If you have already received your goods you have a statutory duty to retain possession of them and take reasonable care of them.

  • You must return the goods to Mini McGregor at your expense. We would prefer you to return them in the original packaging but in any case you should take reasonable care to ensure that we actually receive them and that they are not damaged in transit.

  • If the goods are damaged or you fail to return them we may exercise our right of action against you for breach of your statutory duty.

 

Personalised Goods

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have a right to cancel personalised goods. In the case of orders from Mini McGregor this might include, but is not limited to, envelopes with a personalised address or window panels made specifically to fit your dolls house windows.

 

In practice you would usually have 48 hours to cancel unless we had agreed with you to start work immediately on your order.

 

Lost or damaged goods

 

If your goods have not arrived within 10 days of receiving our email telling you they are on their way you should contact us as they may have gone missing in transit. We will give you the choice of having the items resent or receiving a full refund including delivery charges.

 

Where goods are received but have been damaged in transit we will also give you the choice of either sending a replacement or offering you a full refund, including delivery charges but we may ask you for proof of damage and to assist us in taking the matter up with Royal Mail.

 

Faulty goods or goods which do not meet our description

 

If the goods which you receive are faulty or do not meet our description then you have a right to have them refunded or replaced.

 

You will need to contact us by letter or email with your contact details to inform us of the problem. In the case of faulty items you must inform us within six months of receiving them.

 

If we send a replacement for faulty goods you are still entitled to cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations for fourteen working days from the day after the day you receive the replacement.
